Comment #1 on issue 20526 by [email protected]: Tabs get clipped of off
edge of window
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20526

I also can't get the minimize, and maximize buttons to work. I can get the
close
button to work if I click the very right portion of the button.
When I increased the DPI setting on Vista Home Edition 32bit Chrome was
closed but
setup so that when it was opened again it would restore all of the tabs..
Also, one
of the Chrome windows I have open right now, while the close, minimize, and
restore
buttons don't work, have the tabs positioned so they are accessible..
Strange. When I
say the close, minimize, restore, and maximize buttons don't work, I mean
that
clicking on them gives me behavior that mirrors clicking on the non-client
area of
the window.
Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+W, and Ctrl+T all still work well in manipulating the tabs
BTW.

Changing the 'Always show bookmarks bar' option also seems to cause some
problems to
the webpage's area under the address bar, evident in the picture, in the
Google
Chrome window, that you can see my typing this text into, in the upper
right hand
corner.. D:

All these problems seem to be related.
