Comment #6 on issue 18618 by mahaniok: loading forever in one tab and instantly in another http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18618
version: 4.0.203.2 (24690) Right now, in the tab which doesn't load the throbber rotates clockwise fast (for last 5 minutes at least). In another window the page has already loaded well. the URL was http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVwzSJ- 6FH4&eurl=http://pressball.by/news.php%3Ft%3D0706%26id%3D54083&feature=player_embedde d I don't know if this is anyhow related, but in the same window where the tab doesn't load, other tabs (which were previously well loaded, and which actually formed a hierarchy A->B->C, where C is "not loading" tab) became "white". I mean, if I switch to tab B (on which I middle-clicked on the link to open tab C), it is shown white and doesn't render at all even if I wait forever. Pressing "F5" in such white tab started throbber in it to move slowly counterclockwise (DNS) forever. Now, in tab B throbber moves counter-clockwise, in tab C it moves clockwise. I could have created a screencast probably; if you have any recommendations about which software is good for screencast, please do. It seems that right now the only "workaround" is to close the window and open a new one. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
