This is what happens for me: the button appears for a split second and then
something
goes wrong and the plugin becomes a black box (in screenshot). Then, I can
click on
the black box to get the attach file dialog, but while I have the dialog
up, the dock
inexplicably disappears and CPU goes up to 99%. As soon as I click "Cancel"
on the
dialog, things go back to normal (dock reappears, CPU usage goes down).
