I am able to reproduce this and this time I made a screenshot.
Due to the fact that I used the print screen button the cursor itself isn't
visible,
but the tooltip is.
At the moment of the screenshot I had:
-Pressed the clear button
-Moved my mouse over the (disabled) close button
-Made a print screen on the moment that the tooltip appears.
(p.s.: the dutch word 'Sluiten' means 'close')
