URLs (if applicable) : all that need personal certificate
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): works
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install libnss3-tools (sudo apt-get install libnss3-tools)
2. try to import new certificate with next command:

certutil -d sql:$HOME/.pki/nssdp -A -t "C,," -n osebni -i
/home/gregor/cert-osebni.p12



What is the expected result?
Imported personal certificate

What happens instead?
Getting error:
certutil: function failed: security library: bad database.
