Comment #29 on issue 2105 by sbcook: really, really slow screen redraws http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2105
Hello, I have been having the same problem for months. Like everyone else, it is always after not using the browser for a while, and usually when there is a lot of system activity in-between (although not always). I would say it's just Chrome releasing memory for other apps, but it sure doesn't look like it's doing that. I hope this is looked into, as I have started to go back to Firefox because of this problem. I am someone who usually has 3-4 different windows with 10+ tabs in each, and it is so very painful for *EVERY* tab to have to refresh like this, if it was Chrome just once and all the tabs were back, that's not a big deal. But this is every tab that was open it takes forever to redraw! I end up just killing all my Chrome tasks and starting over again. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
