What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create FedConnect Account
2.Create User name and password
3.Log out
4.Attempt to log back in using user name and password
What is the expected result?
To be able to log in with user name and password
What happens instead?
Login error unknown user name or password
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
We attempt to login numerous times with known user name and password that
was known to be correct. After a few attempts account was disabled
resulting in failure to subbmit complete information upload for $10 M
Grant. We have numerous emails with Fedconnect and DOE about this
problem. Fedconnect know that thier program would not work with Google
Chrome but no notice was posted. FedConnect as in dicated in the BAA was
the mandatory way necessary to submit grant request and supporting
documentation. This was for a recovery grant.
