New issue 21441 by kaiise: gmail causes all browser tabbed pages ot flicker

i leave lots of tabs open gmail gcal etc and redidt etc
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.leave gmail [with search view open]
2. multiple gmail tabs
3. leave to simmer and for mem usage[via chrome task manager] to hitaround
70 -90 mb for at leats one gmail tab
What is the expected result?
normal hardcore chrome user experience on steroids using gmail and gcal/
What happens instead?
every page/tab flickers periodically like the "power is fluctuating".
only stops inducing epilepsy and hypnotising small toads when the gmail
tabs are killed. killing all the other many tabs i have open achives
nothing in alleviating the periodic blanking/flickering pages.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
also trying ot select one item in the task manager induced shift-click
select list/range behavior during this glitch
ps it really rocks otherwise ands syncd bookmarks is awesome
