It's probably worth it to set up a tester that runs Windows with the OS
locale in
Chinese or Japanese.
In addition to base and net unittests, we might get some benefits in other
tests
(installer?).
What do you think Nicolas?
A shorter term solution might be to add base,net unittests to the archived
build
output so QA could run the tests manually in different locales.
