What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sometimes Chrome crashes or my computer freezes and Ctrl Alt Del doesnt
work and I have to crash my computer. Sometimes when this happensChrome
remembers what tabs were open and sometimes it does not.

What is the expected result?
When browswer is suddenly closed or crashes, Chrome needs to consistently
remember what was open.
What happens instead?
Sometimes, Chrome does not remember what tabs were open.
