Given that I keep hearing about this from multiple people, let me talk to  
Ben+Glen and
see if we can come up with some UI that we're mutually happy with. I'm  
definitely not
going to go with a checkbox on the interstitial page, as I think it's too  
easy for
people who have no clue to just get check-happy. OTOH I don't know if we  
would want to
do something as complex as Mozilla.

Assigning to myself to talk to the UI folks and get some mocks that are  
mutually
acceptable.
