What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Outlook (2007), view or open an email.
2. click on a hyperlink. nothing happens.
3. click on an email (mailto:) link. Observe that a new email opens with
the correct address.
4. Make IE 8 the default browser.
5. repeat #2 and observe that the link opens.
6. Make Chrome the default browser.
7. repeat #2 and observe that the link still doesn't open.
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
