Actually, I bet this happened on upgrade from 206 to 207, before the
browser had been
restarted. If so, it's a sub-case of bug 14610. Before we dupe this,
let's confirm that
you don't see this problem after restarting the 207 version. You can
simulate a hang by
typing about:hang into the URL bar and waiting about 20 seconds.
