@synet I can't replicate your claims with ToT or the official developer build. I'm beginning to think that these issues are caused by something else? Because I could replicate the incomplete downloads in Firefox and Internet Explorer, which means it's not Chromium. Perhaps it's our network setup (or even Google's network, considering that our problems are isolated to Google products [Chromium, YouTube])? Also, I don't think Chromium is intentionally "lying" to us by claiming that the download is complete. If Chromium gets told by another source that the download has completed, what's to say that it isn't?
