What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download any file that is greater than 17.7 MB
2.Chrome will mark is as finished when it reaches 17.7 downloaded
3.

What is the expected result?
It should download to the end

What happens instead?
It stops downloading after reaching certain amount of data
