New issue 21763 by VonDieFinsternis: When taking a tab out of a maximized
window, the new window has the size of a maximized window
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21763

Chrome Version : 4.0.206.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a window, open some tabs in it and maximized the window
2. grab one of the tabs bout of the window
3. Notice that the new window has the size of a maximized window
4. Notice that you have to move it around for a bit since the new window is
gigantic but not maximized

What is the expected result?

The new window should resize itself as to allow easier control over its size

What happens instead?

The new window is gigantic and covering half the screen. It requires some
work
to get it to be in a useful size.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is quite frustrating for people with laptops who don't have the quick
movement of a mouse around.
It can be frustrating for mouse users too.
