Well maybe you could start by filling in the blank items in the bug report (chrome version, os, 32 or 64 bits etc. ...) and mentioning the version of flash-plugin you are using, whether it shows up in about:plugins and expand on "doesn't work" ... In it's current form this bug report is close to useless and is unlikely to get any helpful responses without better information disclosure.
