Hm, looks like -[DownloadShelfController exiting] does not remove the shelf
items from
the superview, so the DownloadItemController objects get deleted but the
buttons stay
around. This might go away if the items remove themselves from their
superview in
their dealloc. I'll prepare a patch this night, let's see if it helps.
