Looks like we finally know the cause of bug 15615: calling
FastShutdownIfPossible can
remove a RenderProcessHost. As browser_shutdown doesn't reset the iterator
it means it
can get NULL and we crash.
Pawel has fixed this with r23572. I'm closing this as a dup of 15615 and
will update
the description accordingly.
