New issue 22113 by koolraj: Page which contains a link whose target is a
blank page opens a new page after a Postback wont work properly

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4: FAIL (Same problem as chrome)
Firefox 3.x: OK
IE 7: OK
IE 8: OK
Chrome 2: OK (2.0.172.43 (official build) WebKit 530.5 V8 1.1.10.15)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the above link it will show a page
2. Click on Show page 1 or Show Page 2 links it will open a new window
3. Use Click here button to close the tab or use close button of chrome to
close the tab
4. Now with out pressing any keys further try to click on any other link in
that page none of them perform as intended
What is the expected result?
Links should work as they work for the first time
What happens instead?
Links stop working after first time
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
To make the links work after they were clicked for the first press any key
when active tab is holding the above link and try clicking those links it
will open again.
