What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to create a new playlist
1a. Hover over the "New" box's triangle => dropdown menu appears
1b. The moment the mouse moves off the triangle onto the dropdown or
elsewhere, the dropdown disappears, making it impossible to select an

- Dropdown will remain visible while the mouse is over it, allowing an
option to be chosen.

What happens instead?
- Dropdown disappears immediately when mouse moves off arrow in any
direction.
