What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new window in Chrome
What is the expected result?
Same window as seen in previous versions of Chrome
What happens instead?
There is an extra bar at the bottom. It doesn't resize properly with the
rest
of the window. It looks like a theme artifact that was supposed to do
something, but doesn't.
