What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new tab page.

What is the expected result?
The full page should appear on the screen.
What happens instead?
Requires scrolling. I'm talking about netbooks with low resolutions. I
think it should shrink depending upon screen size available.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
