Just saw the post too late and modified the Chrome.dll binary to replace  
the User-
agent with an hex editor... but is good to know there is an easier path :)

Good news: After changing the User-agent, I can login to PIP (Chrome will  
successfully grab the certificate from Window's keystore) --> Now, since  
this
certificate was the one I generated thru IE, I haven't yet tested the actual
generation of the certificate using Chrome --> I'll try this out and post  
the results
later

Summing up:
1. Chrome grabbing the certificate from Window's keystore: Working
2. Chrome generating a cert request: Status unknown
