What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set downloads folder to your liking, except ~/Downloads
2. Close all Chromium instances.
3. Remove ~/Downloads folder
4. Run Chromium
What is the expected result?
No existing ~/Downloads directory
What happens instead?
~/Downloads directory is created
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I use ArchLinux, and I install Chromium from AUR:
