What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click open any <select> menu
2. Select any item
3. The menu stays visible
What is the expected result?
The menu should close
What happens instead?
The menu stays open
Also I think this is a related BUG:

1. Click open any <select> menu
2. Click outside the <select> to close it
3. Try to open it again
What is the expected result?
The menu should open again
What happens instead?
The menu doesn't open anymore

Happens on every <select> i've tested!
