New issue 22448 by mmm3567: Form drop-down menus don't close
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=22448

Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: IE 7/8, Opera 10, Safari 4, FF 3.5
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any site with a drop-down menu.
2. Choose an option.
3. The menu doesn't close when you click to choose one.

What is the expected result?
When you choose an option, in every other browser, and Chrome until the
latest update, the drop-down menu would
collapse once you chose an option.

What happens instead?
Instead, although the value changes when you click a value as it should,
the drop-down menu doesn't collapse, you
have to click off the menu to get it to go.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
