What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open chrome
2.resize the window so it's taller
3.
What is the expected result?
window is bigger, the inside is just the web page open
What happens instead?
inside the window, there is still the download bar visible. Depending on the
size of the window, it changes color slightly (from dark grey to light
grey).
It is visible on any page - even on the home screen.
