New issue 22909 by sh.yaron: Hebrew spellcheck does not support acronyms,
Maqaf and Niqqud
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=22909

Chrome Version : 4.0.213.0~svn20090923r26919-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty
OS + version : Ubuntu Jaunty 9.10
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit
window manager : GNOME
URLs (if applicable) : None
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Same
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Same

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While trying to write Hebrew words with Niqqud (punctuation) the words
are
not recognized
2. Typing Hebrew words with Hebrew Maqaf
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maqaf#Hyphen_and_maqaf) the word is marked as
invalid
3. In acronyms (usually written with Quotation Mark or Gershayim) I get to
red
marks - one for the part before the Quotation Mark and one after it while
the
quotation mark is left unmarked

Some simple examples:
צה"ל (Hebrew for IDF)
יש"ע (Yehuda, Shomron and Gaza)
מנכ"ל (CEO)
מע"מ (VAT)
בע"פ (by heart)
מע"צ (National Roads Company of Israel)
בס"ד (Besiyata Dishmaya)
And so on...

What is the expected result?
Red Marks for each of the situations

What happens instead?
The text is not recognized
