What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right click in a textarea and open the "Spell-checker options" submenu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Our spelling menu looks completely different from that used by other Cocoa
applications.

The title is different, languages are listed as top level menu items, etc.
