I wonder if this is the issue that is preventing me from installing a theme. I upgraded to today's latest version and saw the cute theme indicator in the lower right hand corner of the New Tab Page. I saw a theme I did not remember seeing before and when I tried to install it, it prompted to save the file. It also said that the file already existed so maybe I have tried it out already. I opened the file but it did not install the theme. I was given a prompt asking which program to use to open the file. I did not download the theme anywhere close to 100 times.
