Hm, suppose i entering some html in the text area for blog post. I ofter enter images with img tag, so i quite often write <img src=" - and after a quote i right click and paste the image url. With current behaviour of chromium after right click it selects that quote before cursor and after i paste it results in something like <img src=http://test.com/test.jpg - so this effectively deletes quote i wrote. Not the kind of behaviour i expect and this looks like you are trying to be too smart for me. Don't. If i want to select that damn quote or word - i'll select.
