Comment #3 on issue 22708 by informaticus.rug: Chrome Frame meta is invalid
HTML 5 and doesn't work in conditional comment
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=22708

Please fix this, since Google Chrome Frame can now not be activated when
the meta tag
is in an IE-only block, while the tag is only for IE.

IE does read what's inside the Conditional Comment, so it does see the meta
tag, only
Google Chrome Frame doesn't see it and doesn't get activated.

Of course Google Chrome Frame should only look for the meta tag in
Conditional
Comments and ignore other things, like IE specific hacks.
