What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag a link from a tab to the title bar.
What is the expected result?
To show the "dragging" mouse icon, and when you release the left button,
create a new tab.
What happens instead?
Everything works except for that ugly 0x0 namelessly generated window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
