What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a have where a link is displayed, such as www.google.com
2. Highlight the link and drag it to the tab bar to insert a new tab.
3. Instead of the arrow pointing to either the tab to place the url or in
between/after
tabs, a small chrome window is displayed instead.
What is the expected result?
It is expected to show an arrow pointing at the tab bar.
What happens instead?
A small window appears instead.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Doesn't just happen with urls, but anything trying to be inserted into the
tab bar.
