What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy URL ftp://out-its:[email protected]/JH/Test  
Space/Test.txt
in Address space.
2. Hit enter
3.

What is the expected result?

Chrome should propose to download the file or (as before) show the text  
file.

What happens instead?

Chrome seems to hang (all tabs !).
Chromium : Oops! This link appears to be broken.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This issue was already reported as issue 21989 and was fixed recently with
chromium 4.0.212.0 (Build 26444).
Seems to happen again.
OS used = Windows XP SP3.
