Information dialog for bad certs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome.
2. Go https://bankofamerica.com to get bad Certs page ( SSL Error page )
3. Click the Yellow alert triangle on the omni box to get the security  
information dialog.

What is the expected output?
Get the security information dialog.

Actual:
Noting show up.
