Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Visit http://www.southparkstudios.com/news/3706 2. While page is loading, scroll around (arrow keys). 3. What is the expected result? Page scrolls when arrow keys are pressed. What happens instead? UI doesn't respond for a few seconds, then scrolls in an abrupt jerk.
