New issue 23335 by [email protected]: CNET does not check window.localStorage correctly http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23335 As per issue 22181: * Visit some CNet story, e.g. http://news.cnet.com/8301-30684_3-10355860- 265.html * Click the "log in or create an account" link below the story * Click "log in" near the top of the frame * Fill in a valid u/n, p/w In Firefox, the frame disappears and the "remember password?" infobar appears, and the site changes to note that you're logged in. In Chrome, nothing happens at all. see issue 22181 for more information about what calls they're using to check for local storage support.
