New issue 23412 by wswartzendruber: Inconsistent Capitalization in User
Interface
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23412

Chrome Version : 4.0.212.0 (Developer Build 26805)
Operating System : Gentoo Linux 2008.0 Hardened AMD64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right-click a bookmark and notice the title-styled capitalization.
2. Right-click a tab and notice the sentence-styled capitalization.
3. These are two different styles.

What is the expected result?
1. Capitalization should be consistent across the user interface.

What happens instead?
1. Capitalization is inconsistent.

I'm running a hardened GCC-4.3.4 compile of Chromium on Gentoo Linux.
