What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any web page
2. use mouse cursor to drag a link into the tab area between 2 tabs, this
action will open a new tab with the link
3. an abnormal window shows on tab area instead of an small arrow, please
refer to the attached screen shots
What is the expected result?
a small arrow indicates where the new tab goes
What happens instead?
an window instead of an arrow
