Rebaseline LayoutTests/fast/table/vertical-align-baseline.html for
Windows/Linux.
The current rendering is different from the baseline image from upstream
(text position in 7th column), but this is because the image is wrong.
Since the current rendering is same as that of upstream, we can safely
rebaseline this test.
