Comment #11 on issue 21533 by [email protected]: Maximize/un-maximize is
messed up !
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21533

I'm using Chrome (v3.0.195.21) under Win Vista and having this
Maximize/un-maximize
issue. Tought it could be something while using two monitors (laptop screen
and a LG
Flatron W2252TQ) but now it's happening even if I'm using only laptop
screen.

Then I tought it could be something with the theme installed. I've noticed
it after
installing a theme for the first time (and never changed 'till now, that I
switched
to the default theme).

Minimizing all opened window, opening chrome, un-maximizing it, minimizing
and
opening it then maximizin I could reproduce. Now I have to
maximize/un-maximize it a
lot of times, minimize and maximize untill, suddenly, it gets back to
normal state...
(File attached)

As you can see, the address bar is over the tabs area and there's a bottom
and a
right blue border. Also scrollbar is over the settings button.
Well, it's working and I don't know how to reproduce it. But will keep
testing and
reporting as it goes...
