What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a webpage containing an image (outside of a hyperlink)
2. Open MSPaint or iTunes song property dialog (Ctrl+I)
3. Drag the image to Paint or iTunes dialog
What is the expected result?
Mouse cursor has an accepted drag'n'drop target shape, drag'n'drop works.
What happens instead?
Mouse cursor has a "drag'n'drop unavailable" shape, drag'n'drop does not
work.
