4.0.220.0 (27601) appears to be exhibiting the correct behaviour on SOME sites. For instance, on this page, if you click on my account name after scrolling down and then click back, the vertical scrolling position is retained, BUT on boingboing.net the old, broken behaviour is still shown. I have noticed that on boingboing.net, Chromium appears to "reload" the whole page from scratch when returning by clicking "Back" in the browser, but on code.google.com et al it does not.
