Status: Unconfirmed Owner: ---- Labels: Type-Bug Pri-2 OS-All Area-Misc New issue 23535 by hans.huebner: Enter in find bar searches previous, not next occurence http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23535
Chrome Version : 4.0.213.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Press Ctrl-F 2. Enter search string that occurs multiple times on the current page 3. Press Enter What is the expected result? The second match should be found and highlighted What happens instead? The previous match is highlightet, i.e. Enter goes to the previous, not the next match. I know that Ctrl-G will find the next match, but the behavior of Enter, which used to work like Ctrl-G, is now very counter intuitive. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
