*Question*: What version is it? 3.0.195.21 I have never had a problem with the version prior to Sept 15 I upgraded to next version and had the proxy issue. i tried C:\Users\jaw\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --winhttp- proxy-resolver and it seems to work fine. However, there is this interesting pattern that i found. (even with the last two versions) Some times proxy-resolver stops working. So i have to close the browser and open it and it will be fine.
