from Search Engines window
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23570

Platform:
   Hostname: kris-rambishs-mac-pro.local
   Mac OS X Version 10.6.1 (Build 10B504)
   Processor: 4 Intel 2.66 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
   Chrome version: 4.0.220.1 Release
   QuickTime Player: 7.6
   QuickTime PlayerX: 51
   Flash Player: 10.0.32

To reproduce:
   Open Preferences
   Open the Default search popup
   Note the search engines listed
   Click Manage
   Add a new search engine
   Close the Search Engines window
   Open the Default search popup
Note the search engines listed, nothing has changed

Expected behavior:
On Windows there is a separator that makes it clear what the default
engines are. On Mac this doesn't exist.

Notes:
   See screenshots
