Yep, still occurs in the latest build (27895). These are actually different
bugs: bug
12711 is a bug where Chromium will try to use a site's IPv6 address when
the local
machine hasn't got IPv6 connectivity.
This bug occurs when the local machine has perfectly good IPv6, but the
site's IPv6
address is broken. In this case, after timing out trying to use the IPv6
address (which is,
in fact, the correct thing to do), Chromium should fall back to the IPv4
address and try
the connection again.
