New issue 23728 by weatherman.mark: Adobe Flash - Chrome 100% cpu, not  
usable to go to another URL, etc until you scroll off the flash content.

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: ok
   Firefox 3.x: ok
          IE 7: ok
          IE 8: ok

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Go to any site with Flash content - then try to type another URL on the
address bar.  It won't respond.  CPU 100%.  Once you move away from Flash,
it will respond.
